Poke Bowl
What you will need
Ingredient
Sushi grade salmon
Sushi grade Tuna
Edamame
Diced tomato
Pickled onion
Green onion
cucumber
Lettus
Avocado
Salmon Marinate
1/4 soya
1 tbs Sugar
Chopped Garlic glove
Korean Papper Flakes
1tbs sesame oil
Tuna sauce
Japanese mayo
Cayenne
and garlic powder
Stage one
Cut salmon into small cubes and then add the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for a few minutes
make sure you save a little bit of the dressing to drizzle on top of the rice
Stage two
Plate your sushi rice and all the ingredient you want it to go with.
Add your marinated salmon. Add your cubed tuna, and make sure you drizzle the tuna sauce on top.
