How Does It work?

To reach your fitness Goals you will need good coaching, smart programming, and accountability. You will receive a 1-1 Coaching and have the support needed at all times. I am here to help you understand that in your busy schedule we can plan the right process to fit your goals.

Once you have gone through the initial consult and we have established that you are the ideal client then

YOU WILL RECEIVE;

  1. Tailored programming that will be uploaded to an App.

    • With Instructional videos

    • Your tailored program based on your fitness/health goals

    • A Messaging box to reach out to me

    • A portal for tracking nutrition and workout Progress

  2. Based on the package you will also receive

    1. Weekly, Monthly, and Daily check-ins

    2. Video Coaching 1 on 1

  3. You will have a daily Accountability System

  4. Nutritional guidance: where we will learn to develop a healthy look at food and nutrition.
