I have been training with Saleh for 3 years and I have changed a lot in the process, both physically and mentally. I came to Saleh looking to gain muscle mass and to be more athletic. At the time, I had a negative body image and low self-confidence. As someone who had never been to the gym before, he gradually built up the intensity of my workout and constantly tracked my progress. His training methods are very effective, and he created personal training plans that are best suited for my mind and body. He is also able to accommodate my busy schedule as a university student. Saleh is the best coach. He keeps up with all the new information on fitness, mobility and training, and he has so much positivity that washes away negative mindsets. Along the way, I have made a lot of progress in achieving my goals and regained my self-confidence. I really appreciate him as my trainer and also as a friend.

Saleh gave me my life back! After 35 years of sitting at a desk and commuting at least 2 hours a day, and after 10 years of working in a high stress environment, I was living in pain and on meds. Training with Saleh was the best gift I have ever given myself! His patience, motivation, eagerness to help and his unending awareness of physiology are outstanding. After a year of training with Saleh, I am able to do things that I never could before, like carry a 40 pound bag of bird seed from my car to the bird feeder, vacuum my whole house without being crippled for the next day and garden to my heart’s content! Saleh is an amazing trainer and I looked forward to my workouts with him! I highly recommend him!

She never ran in her life.

If you were to ask her a few years back whether running was one of her fitness goals she would probably have said "No, thank you". Fast forward a year later and now she goes running on her own :D

There have been moments where she was so close to giving up on her fitness goals... I remember having that conversation with her. She was ready to give up training and was even ready to cancel her membership. But she took a leap of faith and trusted me with her fitness journey, allowing her to see her strength and ability to get her health back on track.
