If you are a mature client who is looking to improve your physical capacity; I am here to help. I work with individuals of all ages and aim to help them build strength and confidence in their ability to manage their lifestyle. This includes: building awareness of your body and nutritional needs, developing fitness tools to prevent shoulder and hip injuries, bettering body movement and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

*Training will only be One-One Depending on your age and experience.
