Let’s face it, many of us get excited to join the gym but are unaware of our body’s starting capacity. So, we find ourselves pushing our bodies to extremes, only to later experience a burn out or an injury; all of which decreases our ability to reach our fitness goals.
01 : Smart Training
You may have come to my page to seek help with weight loss, work on your performance, build strength after an injury, or simply because you are ready to make that LIFE CHANGE! I will work with you and establish the right blueprint that fits your capacity and lifestyle in order to tackle your Fitness Goals with Purpose & Direction.
I will ensure that you are training smart, efficiently and effectively by using a set of SMART training protocols such as Functional Range Conditioning FRCms (a mobility system developed by the renowned musculoskeletal expert Dr Andreo Spina), and/or adhering to all the training system from Poliquin Group or DTS Systems.
02: Accountability
As your personal trainer, I will guide you through each step of the way. We will work together by holding you accountable and responsible for tackling set fitness goals. This can be achieved both online or in person.
03: Athletic Coaching
