In order to tackle “functional” training, you have to have a functional body that is able to adhere to the physical demands that your body requires. This can range from Balance, Strength, Mobility, and Power.
Making sure you move well, strength train, get fit, and healthy is crucial to keeping your body healthy in the long run. As your Personal Trainer, my goal is for your train well and be pain-free.
